Though, I wouldn't expect the frequency of Tomahawk missile tests to be uniform over the 17 years from 1997 to 2014.
There were very likely some years/months with LOTS of tests, and some years/months with very few/none.
But Raytheon keeps introducing upgrades that need testing.
